The AMD chipset drivers do come with the USB3 drivers for your mobo. In some cases the GFX driver package also comes the chipset+USB drivers included, at least from my experience. Though you don´t need to install the chipset driver in most cases.

For some people OverDrive doesn´t work at all, for others it partially does. I only have the GPU tab under OD, the CPU tab is missing though.

Do you mean like super sensitive? Idk I have a similar problem where my DA would just double-click if I pressed the left mouse button a bit too long. Standard Win mouse settings (excpet Acc off) though. Are you running your DA with the Razer drivers?
