Radeon 9800 Pro fan stopped working

mwmorph, Did you have to remove the stock heatsink on the card? I couldn't quite make out how this installs. I am hoping this is a bolt-on piece and I won't have to remove the heatsink--given the fact the sinks cover the memory and such. Thanks,
