I'm running my GT at 460/1200 with load temps of about 47-49 degrees with the Dangerden block. Previously I was only able to hit 400/1100 and was running at 73-77 degrees under full load. If you are watercooling your CPU I highly suggest you pick up this block for your 6800... it's a great piece...
