can i get someone to tell me what the cpu clock, clock ratio, and vcore setting should be at?

it seems to me the lack of stand offs might be the cause... the mobos making contact to the case is a big no no if i member correctly... specially if you have them on or around and static producing items that touch the case, which is touching the mobo.
