    I'd really just try to graze healthily throughout your day. Pack a bag of almonds to munch on, or some extra fruit, maybe even a sandwich? SOMETHING :cookie:

    Protein before, during, or after workout?

    Personally, I've only taken a caffeine supplement before lifting, or some sort of a pre work out like nano vapor or no xplode before lifting, protein is always within 30-60 minutes after lifting for me.

    This may have been said already, but I've always done and been told to do my cardio after I lift. I've been on a 5 month journey of getting into the best shape of my life, and I wish you the best man!

    Martial Arts Training

    I'm a 20 year old college student, and I stay very active in the gym. Through high school I played a lot of team sports, but I've always been interested in martial arts, especially with the influence I've had from my Dads involvement in Karate and Judo. I really want to start practicing soon...

    Just in clearing out his system, and he made it sound like it made him feel healthier overall. (He is on the college track team, and in very good shape btw) I'm simply wanting to know if I should partake, or just pass and stick to my 5-6 meals a day.
