I just received the two I ordered and it is indeed the newer 3.0 Intellimouse ... the serial number on the underside of the mouse does include OEM so the warrantywill probably not be the same as the retail version.

Doesn't Dell charge sales tax on purchases made though Small Business, I believe they do (that adds approx 6-8% to this deal). If they do actually charge tax the deal thru Home and Home Office might be the better deal (10% off and no tax charged in most states). Comes to $144.86 shipped

Thanks for the suggestions...and yes it actually turned out to be the media even though its rated/labeled at 32X, Nero detects them at 24X and will only allow that speed. Discovered this by trying out some Fuji's TY media (funny thing is these Fuji's are rated at only 16X) and the 32X option...
