Which Z68 motherboards have ATA HD password options in bios?

What is the performance penalty for full disk encryption on an SSD?
Intel 320 has it built in (510 doesn't), just set the ATA HD password in bios (providing your BIOS still has this option, some modern UEFI bios's seem to be missing this option). http://download.intel.com/design/flash/nand/325201.pdf- vrxtd
