The system is not OC'd (but thanks for what I can only presume to be a smart-assed inquiry) and I am running SP2. I've run into the same issues regardless of whether I try and run the apps pre or post update installation. As previously noted, I encountered none of these issues when on Win2K.

I've hadn't checked the voltages (didnt' even think about it) as the board and PSU was the only thing unique to the situation. I had a hell of a time finding a 24 pin PSU to begin with, though maybe the one purchased (need to find out the moake/model) wasn't up to snuff.
