I'm looking at the Emachines ET1831-07 as a replacement for my old Pentium 4 PC. It has a 1TB HD, 4GB RAM, Intel Dual Core 2.7Ghz E5400 processor with Win 7 installed. My budget is $400 and I found it for $384 online. I read great reviews about this PC HERE. Anyone else have this PC?
