    I had the same problem on my 3090 EVGA FTW3 Ultra. Using Precision X1 I made some fan curves to my liking to solve it. This is my preference and makes for a silent GPU until it actually does work:

    I just wait a few weeks, they usually offer a free 30 days of prime. Cancel it, and keep doing that cycle. But I usually just wait until I have enough to get free shipping either way. If it's bought on Amazon, I can wait.

    I would be down, we'd have to figure out how to send money though. The only viable options I can think of are cashapp and maybe venmo. Venmo being part of paypal worries me, since paypal banned me on the last "group buy" of lotto tickets since it was against ToS.
