    which low-mid end 939 motherboard with pci-express

    i heard that, RS480M2-IL has, on-board graphics, which shares 128 mb of ram. Does it really does so ?? and What directX9 says ?? Did anyone, encountered any prob, with win2k or winXp and Linux, regarding network interface or Booting/Restarting ??
