EPoX "EP-9NPA+Ultra" NVIDIA nForce4 ULTRA Chipset Motherboard

Yes, the mouse and keyboard work fine when directly connected (via USB) to either computer individually. They just don't work for the PC when plugged into the KVM. However, if I am able to switch over to the Mac when the M&K are attached to the KVM, both work fine with it. It's just with the...

EPoX "EP-9NPA+Ultra" NVIDIA nForce4 ULTRA Chipset Motherboard

Has anyone used this motherboard with a KVM switch? I've got an IOGear USB KVM switch that worked on my previous computer just fine. However, when I hook the keyboard and mouse (both USB) into the KVM and then the single USB cable into the computer with the Epox motherboard, the mouse and...

EPoX "EP-9NPA+Ultra" NVIDIA nForce4 ULTRA Chipset Motherboard

Well, I'm hoping Epox can fix the USB 2.0 problem with this motherboard. I got an external HD last week and it locks up any time I try to transfer any big files or many small files. Kinda makes it useless as a backup device. I have an x2 4400+

    Antec P150

I'll say what some others have said, it's an elegant case, but it's not for everyone. It really does look better in person but the white takes a little getting used to for a lot of people. Now that it's up and running, it is VERY quiet. I'm only running it with the 1 120mm fan in the back but...

    Antec P150

Don't make the mistake I made and try to set up a brand new system in this case after a very long day at work. Turns out the problem was not with my PSU but between the computer and the chair. I'm declaring it a brain fart, and I'm sticking to that.

    Dead PSU in New Case?

Uhhh, nevermind... My PSU wasn't dead, but that organ between my ears was. Turns out, after I tried Zepper's suggestion the connected case fan came on. I connected the PSU to the motherboard and still nothing. Then, I remembered that this new Epox 9NPA+Ultra has a power and reset switch...

    Antec P150

I got my case yesterday. It's better looking in person than in pictures and is VERY well designed. The cable hooks are an excellent touch and the drive suspension seems sturdy enough. The front bezel also seems to have better hinges than some others I've seen. I like the spring-loaded screws on...

    Dead PSU in New Case?

Thanks for the advice, but I've tried everything except the ohmeter (don't have one). With everything unconnected -- no cables to hard drive, motherboard, video card, fans, etc -- the PSU does absolutely nothing when I plug it in and turn the power selector on the PSU to ON. Shouldn't the...

    Dead PSU in New Case?

I just got all the parts for my new system and I think the PSU is dead. The case is an Antec P150 with the Antec 430W HE PSU. I got everything installed and powered it up and...nothing. No lights, no PSU fan, no hums, no hisses, no smoke, nothing. I disconnected all the modular power cords...

    Antec P150 is out!!

mine should be here sometime next week I'm hopeing to use the included stealth drive covers with a silver NEC3540 I doubt a beige drive would look all that good in a white case

recommend me a case (please read)

Or the other option for the P150 is to get whatever drive (except the floppy) color you want and install it and....POOF, a perfectly matched drive face will magically appear the drive covers are included with the case

recommend me a case (please read)

pffft, I don't think they have any desire to release the white version it doesn't seem they're in any hurry to get the p150 to market

    Screen Saver

I've got that screensaver. The only problem is that it runs constantly. I wanted it to shut itself off after the monitor goes to sleep. Anyway, it does look incredible.

    Great 19" Monitor Recommendations

I've got an Iiyama Vision Master Pro 454. I love it. Lots of features and great resolutions: 1280x1024 at 100Hz .And that's just what I run mine at. It'll go higher. It has a 4 port USB hub, 2 VGA inputs for different computers, and a short neck.

use a router to share files...

I've just jumped into home networking. Yes, you can share files. Here's what I did. Using the Network Setup Wizard, I selected "Other" and then the top selection saying the computer connected to internet via a network hub. It will bitch about it being unsecure and turn on XP's firewall. Just...
