I have my access point powered by a POE injector. I am planning to install into my NetworkBox which is in my closet and has no ventilation. Should this be ok or should I take it outside and give proper ventilation for it?

I already got POE injector and tested it. It works perfectly. Does the patch panel support POE+? I am planning to remove the patch panel and replace it with a RJ45 plug.
