    Yes, I have some mouse lag, BSOD indicating ftdisk.sys fails (I'm runing RAID0) and finaly the sytem frozen. Back to 1010.03 and everything smoth. No OC.

    Hi, this behaviour happens when you're building RAID using Nvidia drivers 6.65, I solved after update to 6.70 drivers. (see at Nvidia web site).
