And, solved that problem too! :D
When I set up that two HDDs to be hot swapable, Windows 8 booted instantly, showing up all HDDs and all partitions that I had before! ;)

SOLVED:
The problem was that I only had one HDD connected to my PC. I forgot to connect my SSD drive, and it's logical that it won't work in RAID if you only have one HDD...
So I have installed Windows 8, and everything is working fine, installed IRST, recognized the whole 3TB, and caching on...
