Intel won't be investigated nobody has said they were being threatened. Also even if somebody had said they were Bush and co. would not do anything as they have no problem with them doing anything(they certainly had no problem with MS).

AMD said they would give free 64 bit software to anybody that registers their A64s. Its not unbelivble that AMD would give away copies of xp64 or at least discount coupons when the time comes
