I got in on this deal a couple weeks ago. Using an old DVI cable I had lying around here the monitor looked fantastic...super bright, super sharp and no dead pixels or other anomalies at all. But after 1 day I started to see the random green and yellow sprinkles/sparkles on my desktop backround...
