Well, Hard drive integrity is OK for I can access it perfectly in Safe mode. I use the mainboard onboard ethernet controller, and I changed motherboard mainly because of that. Other ideas?

Has any of you had any experience running a Sysmark 2002 benchmark on a 875/865 based motherboard? I'm having really an hard time with that.....

Use two different plugs on your motherboard, two different IDE cables.

Try to use different IDE channels for masters and slave.

It's just regular RDR RAM, PC150 CAS 2. It's running at PC133 CAS2. I hace a Duron, 700@1000, and it's pretty well cooled. No doubt on that. What I do not get is why after a bunch of tries it boots up and works just fine.....

Just an idea, but could be because Windows changes the drive letters. also, WinXP does not automatically shows up ned drives. Finally, make sure the slave drive is not compressed.

Thanks. The mobo is ok ( it works after abunch of tries). The ram modules seem to be ok, I use them with no particular problem, but I will try to use only one. I tried to upper and lower Vcore and I/O voltage, it has no effect. The fan is on the right header. Still trying to figure it out...
