Some of us (being loyal OMax customers) got $10 off $20 cards just in time to use them on great stuff. There also was a $30 of 150 (web/catalog only) and one for furniture. My advice: have an order delivered or sign up for the OMax rewards program - not as good as Staples but well worth it.

I got the Cyberdrive too. Looks like a pretty decent drive for what I paid. This is a YMMV, but try a $20 off $100 Staples card. I went there when it was pretty crowded and handed the card over. I had asked a manager beforehand and he said it was OK.

I agree, this drive is much quieter than my TDK 24X and faster. Burned many disks, including some sd2 protecting games with no problems. CD-Clone seems to like it too.

Did BB pricematch and give you cash back? If they gave you credit on your AMEX then, obviously, AMEX would know - especially if it was within a couple of days. Also, were the drives both retail? I think AMEX needs a direct model-to-model match before they'll "protect" you. Good luck anyways!

An even better deal on this card is at Best Buy who are closing them out for $3.50 YMMV. This was at the Industry, CA store about 3 days ago.

I've also had this camera at one time. It's OK as long as you don't use the flash. Long serial port downloads can suck the expensive battery quickly so make sure to plug in the external power while downloading pics.

I got in on this deal last time and received the TEAC drive. It had the top-10 sticker. Serial number was 002-1234567 format. I believe the Lite-ons just have one number, no dash. Don't know what the Aopen has.
