ugh? no quite.... 6600gts have dual outputs ... so its the same clock .. it just was that for some reason they would not take effect untill i rebooted ... il post a screen in a bit

yeah but thats the thing .. i have dual monitors .. the other screen you cant see is a 3d visualzation (milkdrop full screen - you notice when i make it fullscreen the clock jumps from 331 to 501) ... and i also tried it with swat 4 and BOS .. same result

btw its a evga 6600gt pcie 128mb i have a artic cooler nv silencer im def not setting the 2d settings and it doesent show up even if im in the 5xxmhz range
