I bought that camera about 9 months ago for $350 and I've been pretty happy with it. For the price (especially now) I don't think you can go wrong.
You have some bad math going on though. The 115% low price guarantee is on the _difference_ in price. So at most OM would give you $115 off...
That's a pretty good price for the camera. It can be had for less at Dell using coupons. I purchased it a couple of weeks ago when they had 10% off all digital cameras, and a $25 coupon code available.
My total ended up being $341. Right now you can get it for $349 shipped from Dell Home...
I bought a Philips 109B20 a couple of weeks ago at OD. When I bought it was $299 - $70 in MIR. There was a $20 rebate and $50 rebate. The $50 rebate was invalid.
I took it back to OD and they refunded my CC $50 + tax.

I went to Kroger tonight with my girlfriend and they had 2 liters of all Pepsi products for $.69, limit 6. Best damn deal I've ever seen on non generic soda!
