First thing I would do is up the FSB to 133 if that chip is ment to run at a 100Mhz FSB. If it's already running at 133, you might be stuck.

Check out this article... Link I'm running an EG465P-VE FC (VERY quiet) with 4 HD's, 4 case fans (1 120, 3 80), AMD 1600+ (not oc'd), DVD, CD-R, GeForce2 Pro, SB Live, NIC, and 256x2 RAM with no problems. But, after reading that article, I would have gone with an Antec True380.

I was just talking to a buddy of mine that works in Tiger Marketing and he told me that they're selling about 500 an hour of these things. Better hurry before they're gone.

Why not try turning the fan around so it blows ON the HS. And a faster fan will definitely help out. Maybe something adjustable so you can set it at a volume that you can live with.

The IWill XP333 has the 1/5 divider and from what I hear, it works very well.

Great case for the price. Do a search... I think there have been more talks about this case on here. I just added a window and 120mm front fan to mine. Good airflow and it holds all 4 of my HDs perfectly.

I just checked and it looks like 3/16 should do the trick.

If the fan has a temp sensor, cut the end off and join the two cables together for max speed.

hehehe, thanks for reinforcing what I've been telling my friend here. I think those are damn good temps for a 1900+. I mean, my system is running at those temps and I'm not close to his speed. Now, if only I could get him to try out the Alpha Pal 8045 to drop a few more degrees. :D

Shouldn't be a problem. I went from a PII 400 to a PIII 550 with no noticable increase in temps with only a front case fan. You have to start worring about heat when you get into the Athlons and High PIII's.

I have the MSI GeForce2 Pro that I did the removal of the capacitors on and love the difference! At first I thought it was no big deal then I opened a webpage with lots of text. My reaction was one of... Whoa! I'm very happy that I took the chance.

It's a fine case as long as you're not planning on using too many HDs. Besides, any case can be modded. :D

Most cpu fans blow on to the HS. So the side fan would be feeding it cold air.
