I am with seagate drives for about 6 years now after Maxtor had a bad production series so their disks would just be unable to boot every second day... I'd prefer Seagate over any other brand out there.

exactly what I bought except for the memory. the Neo2 is available with wireless lan as well, I think the bundle is called K8N Neo2 Platinum-54G... just $10-$20 more for 54mbit.

FAT32 shouldn't be a problem, still got lots of older disks. I just ordered the Neo2... I pray that it either comes with a BIOS that supports the winchester by default or is able to boot up with 1 ram stick so I can flash manually!

lol, that's one overloaded motherboard. I wouldn't ever buy it but I am curious how it benchmarks.
