oh and also when you cut taxes that primarily effect the wealthy you get a much lower impact on the economy than if you were somehow to redistribute those funds to lower income peoples. lower income people are much likely to spend the additional funds as oppesed to save it.

you guys know that government spending can fuel ecomonmic growth. its not just tax cuts. It can be more effective than tax cuts because some of the money for tax cuts is lost to personal savings where as money due to tax cuts all goes into the ecomony
