i changed to 133 in bios and it wouldn't post... couldn't get anything so I cleared the CMOS and it came up since it went back to 100. 100 is the default unless someone changed the defaults, if that is even possible. I'm just using it 100 now so I have a computer and the gaming performance so...

I've read about many people having this problem... I really don't think the processor is actually bad. My heat is a little high which might account for some problems, not sure yet... in the high 50C range. I can Post with my FSB at 100 but not 133 where it is supposed to be.
