I agree. This needs plenty of work. I removed the video card and used the on board video and drivers and it works fine. The AX550 is back in the box. It might work with an AMD since AMD works with both 32 bit and 64 bit at the same time. Intel did the wrong thing not doing as AMD did.

Thanks Mech. I think Norton should have the service too, since the whole industry is going 64 bit now. My supplier doesn't sell anything but 64 bit now. I think they are pressured by microsoft. The video card is an ASUS AX550 Gamer.
