Agree! X25-M G2, SandForce series and C300 are most reliable SSDs with high performance. Be sure you choose from them. I believe SF controller does best in writing and empty disk read. Intel is better on TRIM alignment.

I would expect a middle level card, might be 6700 with eyefinity and dual DVI + HDMI +DP. 6800 and 6900 are too much for people not gaming.
