a8n-sli chipset heatsink fan

Hi all ...have been reading almost every page to find a solution to my very noise chipset fan. This fan i have is on my A8N-SLI board which i bought JUST 2 weeks ago. and yes ...it has already the new fan on it. So the new fan sux also.
