You are looking for pure overclocking with the latest memory module (pc 3300), choose Kt333. You want stability and good overclocking choose asus k7n 133 c. You want stability and raid controler choose abit NV7-133R, (dunno about oveclocking for this mobo but softmenu II is not one of the best...

WIndows 2000 is a really good OS. Very good compatibility with all soft (like 98) and very very good good stability.

Angela plz give all your adjustements and ram voltages. Doctor, I think ur DDR is not good enough. I try with Mushkin pc 2400 and i try to 150 and 160 fsb without changing any voltage. I am sure with a higher voltage and my Tbird Axia 1.2 i can reach very high fsb.

Win2K and Xp are in my opinion two good OS. I have them both on my computer, but i love Xp "touch". More seriously, compatibility mode on Xp is very nice.

sorry dude. Yes long is normal but it's very very long 4 or 5 minutes sometimes more. I have another computer with Xp and its ok. Shut down in 20 seconds.
