is it more important to have more mhz or more ram: ie what would be better- 64 megs ram, ~500 mhz pIII, or 320 megs ram , 300 mhz celeron. Im interested in upgrading my pc for 2k, what would you suggest?

I want to get a global win fop 38 to see if I can overclock my celeron 433 to a > 600 mhz level, as well as a future investment for a athlon when i get the money. Will the fop 38 fit on a celeron classic? (ppga) thanks.
