Ok, I reformatted my computer to boot to XP, that stopped the loading screen freezing. However, the computer still tends to freeze/lockup at random times, I'd have to shut it down. Any help?

Thanks for the reply. I bumped the voltage of my ram to 2.2v which I read was default. It was 1.8v when I installed windows. I'm going to boot a fresh copy of windows and I'll post back the results.
