Thanks everyone for your help. I tried everything and still no go. I'm going to try to RMA the board through Chaintech. If that fails I'll have to order a new BIOS. Thanks again.

I tried clearing the CMOS with by switching the jumper several times, no difference. I will try removing the battery and see what happens. The speaker is connected, but no beep. Thanks.

I'm attempting to upgrade the mobo, cpu, and memory in an older system. I installed the a Chaintech VNF-250 and an AMD Sempron 64 2800+. The system booted fine on the first try, I was able to change some BIOS settings, save, and reboot. I then tried flashing the BIOS to the newer version...

Does anybody know if the CNPS7700-AlCu is compatible with the DFI LANPARTY UT nF4 Ultra-D? The Zalman site states that the CNPS7000B-AlCu is compatible with this mobo and claims that the CNPS7700-AlCu is compatible with the LANPARTY UT nF4 SLI-DR, but it does not say whether it's compatible with...
