No problems with a dual processor

I just purchased a Dell 9150 which takes memory up to 667Mhz I believe (PC-5300) Would I be hurting myself or losing alot of speed it I went with this memory?

It looks like that one doesn't support dual monitors. I have an AGP slot by the way if that helps.
