Ok I've flipped through the manual and looked through the bios and I have a question. Is the pci/agp lock on at all times or does it need to be toggled? I havn't seen anything at all or maybe I'm just overlooking it and it's just worded differently.

Friend of mine built a new rig. I was there and saw that it posted ect.. but now when he goes to load win xp after a reformat and install it wont load windows. it gets to right before windows begins to load and just says error loading windows. Any suggestions as to what to do? eveything appears...

Just a poll basicly. was thinking of upgrading my palmino 1800 to a thoroughbred 2400. Which is the highest my mobo can handle. I dont want to buy a new mobo till the pci express stuff hits really and just build a whole new rig. So my question is would I see a big enough boost?
