Question *STABLE* NVMe - USB Adapter?

You need to make sure the thermal pad really makes contact with both the outer case and the SSD controller chip otherwise its just a mini oven! The problem is yours is a slide-in design so that's tricky to check. Maybe you could exchange for a better conducting pad. I really like the Arctic...

My Sabrent RTL9210 has been rock solid. Realtek have released many firmware updates since a year ago. Question *STABLE* NVMe - USB Adapter?

Question *STABLE* NVMe - USB Adapter?

I also have an Eluteng enclosure with RTL9210B. I want to firmware update it but I don't have a .cfg file. Is there a way of extracting the .cfg from the device, and what should I do if not? @fantom3l , there is an 'OEM Configs' and a 'configure' folder in the zip you kindly provided. Do you...

Question *STABLE* NVMe - USB Adapter?

@mihaiii , I am in the same position as you - just diving into the enclosure market. In the end I got: Acasis TBU401 (Intel® JHL7440 Thunderbolt™3 with REALTEK® RTL9210B) - a great enclosure for any thunderbolt port. Fully aluminium, nice weight, and the machining on this is amazing quality...

Question *STABLE* NVMe - USB Adapter?

So I just checked with my recently bought 9210B enclosure and it's already running 1.23.15. Perhaps that's common for adapters bought now.
