have you tried opening control panel , internet options , advanced , go down the page about 2/3 the way and click on reset , under Reset Internet Explorer settings . I have seen where windows some times can cause corruptions with all browsers , and reseting here clears the problem .

I agree with guyver01 . As a repairman , I would check all connections . But don't just wiggle the connection , shut computer down , pull plug , drain all power by hitting start button . Now pull the connections off one at a time and put it back on , do this twice , to make sure the contacts rub...
