I've got the Hedgehog 238 with the copper heatsink and the 60MM Delta 38CFM fan. It is a great heatsink/fan and I would recommend it to everyone. My temps are 9C-15C cooler than the stock heatsink and fan that came with my Pentium III 850 FC-PGA CPU. Don't forget to apply some Artic Silver too!
