    help with dvi hookup

    trying to mate geforce2 card with gateway 2185w. card has dvi output/vga. have tried all combos and tuned display settings. can't get dvi to flow to lcd. system goes blank and i need to perform a restore to get video back. help thanks tim

    have sony vaio unit w/pentium 4 1.4 chip. has nvidia Geforce 2mx card w/32. understand board has 4x agp slot that will not support 8x. is upgrade to 8x card w/ 256 or 512 worth investment ? primarily video w/ games. thanks. tim

    sony pentium 4 unit with geforce 2x 32 video card. card occupies agp slot. have pci slot available. existing agp slot is 2x/4x so I understand 8x agp card will be "slowed down" will pci card work ? performance upgrade ? thanks tim
