    Can you see a check in the greyed out area ?

    Try this goto TOOLS >>> INTERNET OPTIONS >>> CONNECTIONS Take the check mark out from " Perform system security check before dialing " even if your on Lan ...ditch that check mark ...hope this helps:cool:
