It's a propriety software written to control a robotics. I think it is bad code though, because I have done everything you guys suggested and it doesn't work. However whenever I tell it to run in Windows 98 or Windows 2000 compatibility mode, it works. I really think it is bad code.

Why is that when I am transferring large files over my wireless network to my laptop, my laptop periodically loses signal strength and disconnects from the network?
Is it possible that a 2.4 GHz cordless phone will interfere with my network so much that it causes the router not to transmit? Basically shutting down the WLAN until i reset the router.
