i look at the iPad this way... its great for gathering information, not producing it.
i read, check emails, and read news blogs on my iPad, my MBA is the work horse, they're no limitations with the MBA.
My MBA (4 Months Old) has a camera which i used in photo-booth, but now Face-time and photo-booth states... NO Camera Connected
Anyone have this problem since an update or something????
Battery problems and signal problems are with AT&T iPhone not Verizon, serious battery drain has been happening to AT&T iPhone since Apple upgraded to 4.3 and still after the 4.3.1 update a few days ago. Verizon iPhone update to 4.2.6,and with that being an Verizon iPhone user I have no complaints.
I think as tablets hit the market people will use their cell phones games and web-surfing. I had a HTC Incredible and currently have a iPhone 4, their screens are big enough, I look at the EVO and ThurnderBolt, too thick and heavy. JMO
That's the dilemma I see from a customer's point of view, that apple doesn't want to eliminate their laptops by making the iPad the only player... A Do-all.
So I don't know how independent they'll make the iPad, their best interest is to keep it as an addition to a computer.
I had the galaxy tablet, and now the iPad, the android OS is cell phone ready...not tablet. Some websites/games don't fill the screen, it's like a cell phone without a phone chip on a bigger scree.
There's no flash on the iPad, and yes there's times I can't view a video, but no big deal...
