Everything said above and I had to struggle to even give it a 5.
Please, please, please no more angry Harrison Ford. OK when he was red or being calm but over the top screen chewing when trying to be forceful or angry.
Was a bigger fan of Captain America in the comic books than in the movies...
So I finished ANDOR and must say the last 4 episodes were excellent and the I watched ROGUE ONE again (something I rarely do is watch something a second time with so much to see these days and so little time) . The series flowed so well into the movie and it made so much more sense this time...
Well worth a watch. Now without some problems but some of the greatest "Holy Sh*t" surprises ending episodes. A little slow in spots but not in an overbearing way. Has been renewed for season 2 so there is that. Probably a 7 or 8/10 if you are into it. I have worries that next season may be...
Have to agree, a literary "slice of life" story adapted to TV. First 2 episodes were good and the last 2 were excruciating to watch. Stephen Graham delivers and the psychologist was amazing (She also plays Mary Carr on "A 1000 Blows") . I was waiting for something to wrap it up but that...
Nosfreatu
A twice told tale or is that a multil told tale? Anyhow it borders on greatness and failure. Worthwhile for the sets, costumes, music and cinematography. Too long and tedious in parts, very eerie in others, minimal story. Scarsgard is brilliant but so underplayed/underwhealming...
Throw Vince Vaughn in with that group of Will Ferrel and Adam Sandler although he does pull of being a better villain than comedian. "Bad Monkey" is a prime example of his best comedic work and that was sorely lacking IMHO. Guess you just have to like these guys for some reason to watch them...
Star Trek : Section 31
The most unlike Star Trek Star Trek yet. An offshoot of Discovery and even worse. They mention The Federation so I guess that makes it Star Trek. Ill watch Michelle Yeoh in almost anything but this strains the relationship. Poor plotline, iffy technology, time jumps...
I didnt see Gladiator II on the list for animation or special effects. LOL, this may be one of the best films to see on a small screen as it hides a lot of poor CGI.
Are you entertained? Well, not the worse gladiator type film Ive seen but the original might just be better, maybe by a factor...
I havent shopped at ABC Liquors for a few years but they used to carry Tom Sims Bourbon by Heaven Hill. 4 and 7 years old IIRC. It fit the under $25 question and I found it quite nice with the 7 year old being better.. Was my go-to when times were tight. Dont know if they still carry it...
I ha a chance to try this and it fits the $40 a bottle in my area. I was impressed by it.
Russell's Reserve 10 Year Old Bourbon Whiskey
I can barely drink Jack anymore and loath Jim Beam. Not a fan of rye either. Buffalo Trace is usuallly my go to if I want a little different flavor than...
