Had every iPhone gen, and 90% of the time using it, jailbroken. Never seen a stock springboard crash either. But it happened 5 minutes after taking my iPhone 5 out of the box set up as new (I think doing taking a shot in the elevator while it was hunting for service, from the slide up...
