    look for a BE6-2 on ebay or half.com...about $75-$100 bucks...this board has the features you mentioned "over-clockers dream"...

    I looked at the BE6-2 and had decided to buy one...then I saw some sites that said it could only support upto 750MHZ...I guess I will look for one again...I passed up 5 on ebay yesterday...thanks
