Thanks Bruceb. My mom did switch from AOL to comcast/free AOL. I wanted to remove the latest version of AOL but she was afraid of losing her address book and I don't use AOL so I didn't uninstall it. I will try this the next time I visit her.

The printer prints the HTML code rather than what you see on the web page. The printer is only 2 years old and the problem started about 2 or 3 months ago.
