Umm, what? That makes no sence. And I have yet to mod my card. I was using the monitor in ATi tool, but nvMonitor MBM and CoolBits all say the same. Upping the volts would in no way cause the temperature to read lower.

I have the same card as you Matt. I've picked up the rheostats to start volt modding my card. A 10K and a 5K. I'm waiting on my Thremalright V1 Ultra before I do the mod. I'm not sure if you can do the simple .1v and .06v increases with the stock cooling. You could give it a try. I don't seem to...
