Yes, the Lian-Li PC60 comes with two front 80mm Adda mesium speed fans, controlled by a speed control switch, and a similar fan in the rear. They are very nice cases. Great design and construction. Well worth the money.

If you like the look of the PC60, rather than the PC67 or PC68, you can get the PC60 w/ USB now. It actually has four USB ports in the front, below the ventilation hole array in the lower front of the case.
