Nice rig in the works.... :) I have been the VapoChill (PE) route, and have since retired it in favor of good watercooling gear. ;) Just be sure the mobo is compatible with starting the LS, double check your insulation job, set the clamshell heaters properly, and you should be golden...
Try lowering the FSB and raising the multiplier.... I knocked mine back to 264, (264.5 CPUZ) and raised the multiplier to 14 to run 3.7GHz.
I had the RAM timings @ 5-5-5-15 when dialing-in the higher multiplier, then went back and tightened them up after I stability tested the processor...
Why not?.... It does not take much effort if your rig is stable... ;) Like this:
