I purchased the 6.0.0.8 OEM version of Nero a few months back. Last week I decided to try to do the auto update and it updated my version to 6.6.0.18 for no charge....:D

Well I finally have this problem part way figured out. I still get a blank screen with the wallpaper but no icons or taskbar when I first log on. I then have to use the task manager to disable an application called "sysu.exe". After this the icons appear and everything works fine. I have to do...

I am problems with XP home. The system boots ok but when I logon no icons or taskbar or anything but the background appear on on the desktop. I can run the programs but I have to use the task manager. Any help would be nice. Thanks
