    Maybe it's a late answer but, I think that your VGA is not tolerating different AGP frequencies than 66MHz. You should try an E5200-E5300-E5400 CPU and stick to 200(800)MHz FSB.

    I don't think that would cause any problem. According to Intel specs the Q6600 is a 65nm processor with the following voltage range: VID Voltage Range: 0.85V ? 1.5V Just upgrade your bios as soon as you can.

    From E5300/E7400 Intel released a new stepping (R0), so if you use these or newer CPU with this mobo you should upgrade to the newest ASRock ConRoe865PE Bios 1.72

    I successfully flashed this 1.71A bios. It's natively support CPU:RAM divider changing. You can choose from 5:4 , 3:2 , 1:1 what you want, so there is no need to mod this bios version. So now I just need to get an E5200 CPU, and will find out wether this bios version support it or not.

    I've read on a german forum that the new 1.71A beta bios (made for 45nm E7200 Wolfdale CPU) supports this processor. I also would like to buy an E5200 for my board, but now I don't have time, so I'll try it approx. in November.
